+ Convenience - Staff were inattentive later in the evening.

+ Everything very good, the location was perfect for Kew Gardens, lovely quiet room which was at the back of hotel. - TV in bar with sports channel also some bar staff not very friendly

+ quietness of room, especially because of the soundproofing afforded by the firedoor into the lounge of the hotel. Staff especially friendly and helpful. Food good. location for National Archives

+ The location was excellent with good transport links and pleasant surraoundings. Staff were friendly and helpful abd there was a lprofessional but laid back atmosphere which is not often achieved. - The only fault I could find was the rather sparse chea

+ We liked the location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Food (breakfast) was nicely cooked.

+ Proximity to Kew Gardens main entrance. Busy (attractive to large clientelle) but rooms relatively quiet (no road noise or client noise but some TV sound between rooms). Small restaurant available, food very pleasant and reasonably priced.
