I loved the service at this hotel. It was my first time in London, and I was treated like a queen from the moment I got there. Breakfast was excellent, and so was dinner, and the room we had was absolutely fantastic. I loved how roomy it was, and...

Superb location just two minutes walk from Holborn Underground Station.Close to Covent Garden and the City. The room was a good size and decorated with beautiful rosewood furniture, but the bathroom was a bit small.

I have stayed in this hotel for 13 nights in June 2008 and found the hotel just great. I liked the room because it was clean and big and the location of the hotel is good within walking distance from Covent Garden, coffee shops, Holborn underground station, 24-supermarket and face to face with beautiful palace. I was lucky because my room was on street and I can see the palace from my bed. The thing which I did not like about this hotel is the noise coming from the street. If you do not care like me, take the room opening on street face to face with the palace and I prefer in fifth floor so you can see the palace clearly.

Arrived in London early to find very helpful staff. Was able to get into the room early with my two exhausted kids. Room was very clean, plenty of space, god view. Great pool and fitness. Overall greatly recommended. Location excellent just a few minutes walk from Holborn tube. Staff kept my luggage for a late London departure. Will return ther on next trip

I loved the service at this hotel. It was my first time in London, and I was treated like a queen from the moment I got there. Breakfast was excellent, and so was dinner, and the room we had was absolutely fantastic. I loved how roomy it was, and quite. We were on the 8th floor with a great view of the art on the building across the street and the roads below. We were close to everything there. :) Loved this hotel! You should see the pool in this hotel! OMG, If only I had brought a swim suit!
