Good location, however room and passage areas are very small We stayed on the top floor where it is almost unpossible to bring up the luggage..... Shower and toilet in room so small than door must stay open when sitting on the toilet, just washing hands needs magic.... Breakfast : poor in the entrance area. SMALL SMALL SMALL

The room was too smal for 4 beds, with 3 beds it would have been OK. The toilet/bathroom was much too small, even for 1 person.

I was surprised how small the room, hallways, and breakfast areas were. The shower room/toilet was so small that it was very difficult to sit on the toilet (I am 5 ft 6in and about 11 stone) It was almost impossible to dress and undress in the shower room. There wasn't room to open the fridge and luggage had to be stepped over. Likewise the breakfast area needed people to time their visits since it was so small. The hotel seemed generally in good condition and clean although not well cleaned between nights we stayed. Staff seemed good. I don't think we would stay again just because it was so small.

Very good price for an ensuite little room (enough for 2, not luxuous but very nice) + an included continental breakfast. Located near lancaster gate underground station and 2 minutes walk from hyde park. I strongly recommend this nice hotel !!!!!!

Definitely, don`t stay in this hotel. The room is very tight, dirty and the beds aren't comfortable. It`s self classified 2 stars rating but if a official body classifies the hotel, it may close. If you pay with credit card they over charge 3%. I don`t re

I think it is very hard to find a better „cheap” hotel in London. The little Rooms and Baths are clean. The Staff is nice and helpful. There are 3 Tube Stations and Buses just for a walk, a pretty Tesco and other shopping facilities too. This Hotel is situated in a very quiet place , so everything was absolutely OK! :) This Hotel is a good choice for your money! You will get what you've paid!

Great value for your money. It's close to both Paddington and Bayswater station, so it is easy to get from the hotel to other locations like the city centre. We had a quad room which was much bigger than expected, the bathroom was a little small though.

Be careful...the first night when we arrived they immediately asked us to pay, before seeing the room:they charge you 3%more if you pay by VISA card, not if you have a MAESTRO. They gave us room B2...avoid it!!!it was placed floor -1...horrible! old, mouldy, just 4 walls around a small bed, and the toilet was not human sized! But most awsome, the window led to a sort of internal court when they throw old stuff..broken furniture and other rubbish...I immediately pretended another room but they told me they were all booked for that night. They day after they moved us to another room, floor n.2...It was definitely better, more spacious, also the toilet seemed to be new, bigger and cleaner. If they give you such a room it is worth the price (for london standards, i suppose). Unfortunately the girl who cleaned the rooms entered in the morning while we were still in bed.. Positive things: they let you leave your luggage as long as you want withouth paying anything and the hotel is well located near to Paddington station.
