The staff were helpful. The location (10 mins walk from marble Arch) is quite convenient for a budget hotel I particularly liked the freshly cooked breakfast - not common at all in London, and the difference versus pre-cooked trays of food was very apparent (and welcome). The hotel is budget price for London. The entrance area (and the area outside) is not initially very attractive. The room was very basically furnished, but clean.

good location, close to public transport, restaurants and shops, clean, good value for money at internet bestprice, comfortable bed! heavily smoking staff all over the hotel, picture of room shows probably the largest room

Easy access to Oxford Street, Piccadily, Harrods etc. Very disappointing. Actually felt unsafe.
