Fine accommodations Most aspects of the stay were excellent. Only issue was internet access - insufficient instructions and not up to business travel standards.

SLIM PERSONS ROOM Bed was too small for a normal sized man and anyone of a normal/large frame would have fallen off.

Will not hesitate to go back! Great hotel in a great location. Very near green park underground which was perfect for getting around. 2 min. walk and you have some nice little bars and cafes at Shepards Market. We also headed to Mahiki which is just donw the street, what a great night with some great drinks!

Good location Good service, nice location, reasonable price. Very quick response from the customer service to address the issue to bo sorted, very impressed with the timing. The down side was that my room was a bit small, but most hotels in London have small rooms, it was not an issue, as I was staying for only one night. However, if you plan to do a lot of shopping, space would be an issue in the room category I had. Good value for money, considering such a brilliant location.

Very Good Service We had a nice stay in this hotel. Service was excellent, food was good and the room very comfortable (once I figured out how to turn the air conditioning off!). It is well situated for all the main London attractions and is small enough to feel more personal than some of the large hotel chains in the area. The only gripe was that the facade was cloaked in scaffolding due to renovations but it didn't affect our stay at all.

I cannot say enough about how accomodating the Flemings was. The food was good, the people were gracious and the concierge was phenomenal. I would stay there again without question.
