Fairway Hotel London
13/15 Argyle Street - WC1H 8EJ London
The fairway Hotel is situated in what is probably the most central part of London. For those who have never visited London Kings Cross is probably the most central area to stay in. Some of the major attractions one images as part and parcel of London are within walking distance. Oxford street, Leicester Square, Trafalgar square, The British Museum, Soho, Theaters, Madam Tausaud etc. Being just 50 meters from Kings Cross, St. Pancras station, gives you access to all major undergound lines. Direct access from Heathrow (Piccadilly line) Gatwich airport via Thames Link and Luton airport. St. Pancras station is also a major hub for trains to the north. Buses and taxis are also conveniently at hand. If visiting by car, parking is also available in the area. The family run hotel has a home from home atmosphere as one of the many satisfied customers remarked having clean, comfortable rooms. The English breakfast is exquisite keeping one going well into dinner time.

+ 3.Nice price compared to London standards. - While clean, the bathroom is incredibly small!

+ Super close to st pancras and kings cross stations which made it easy, goods brekkie served each day included in the room price which was great - Rooms were a little tiny, so it made it tough getting around our suitcases

+ We liked that we had our own key, so that we could go in and out of the hotel very easily. - I thought the breakfast was a bit to greasy, but that is just because the Dutch breakfast is very different.

We have stayed here five or six times. Rooms are tiny and private baths are like those on an airplane so you might as well take a cheaper room and share bath/toilet facilities. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent location near St Pancras/Kings Cross/Bloomsbury

The hotel is pretty close to the King Cross and St. Pancreas station. Yet don't go there if you've a huge suitcase, as there is no elevator and the staircase is super narrow and spiral. The breakfast was good, with a plate of bacon and egg and baked beans, juice and coffee, as well as some buffet style han and cheese, it was more than enough to make you full. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby so getting food and necessities wasn't a problem. The room (double with private bathroom) was small, looked a bit old but had served its function well. Overall, it was a decent stay.
