It’s overpriced, far from the centre, there are no parking spaces usually after 5 pm which caused us many problems. The windows are not soundproof and you get traffic noise, also there’s noise from the ventilation. The staff walked in on us in the morning while we slept, many times! I also got many threats from the manager because I used to park on sidewalk (which does not belong to the hotel) I was very rudely threatened to find myself another hotel, although I had made a payment for reservation for quite a long time!

Still, demerits aside, this is one sweet little hotel. Highly recommended if found under a hundred pounds. At time of booking, the hotel was at seventy-nine pounds. For a smaller budget, the Holiday Inn-Express at Canning Town offers similar facilities, sometimes at only forty-nine pounds. Still, this hotel is slightly closer to London situated in a more pleasant set of surroundings.

The staff was very helpful. I was very lost when I arrived at the concierge took the time to help me find the tour company I was using the next day, plus helped me choose the best bus route to take. Anything I needed was provided for, the rooms...

This hotel is a little out of the way, but worth it. Very clean and quiet with excellent service. The hotel sits by 2 major bus routes and a train route, so getting downtown takes a little figuring out, but it is not hard. The area seeemd very safe...

+Good location close to parking and retaurants etc. and generally as expected for the brand. -this is the second time I stayed, on both occassions some lights where not working and the air con / heating unit did not work
