worst hotel stay ever we shall just put in point form the issues with our stay at this hotel *no parking at hotel-- we had to park 3 blocks away and pay a fee. the hotel did give us a discount but we still had to pay between $10 and $20 canadian per day. *hotel is not well marked from street *1st room was directly about a major dept. stores garbage and loading area, the noise was awful in the early morning hours *1st room- television did not work *1st room- internet did not work * when spoke to front desk, they wanted us to fiddle with equipment rather than them coming up * finally on 2nd night got another room-- climate control did not work in second room, advised front desk of issue with controls but nothing was done about this *elevator was broken- our room was on 7th floor...1 other elevator was available , but often there was a 12-18 min wait. a sign was posted that they are waiting on a part and the problem would be fixed in a couple of days, we have been here for a week but it is still not running * our room cards would constantly fail- they had to be reprogramed 3 times
