I enjoyed me time at the Express By Holiday Inn London. Nice comfortable room, good comfy size on the room. Nice bathroom with shower. Wireless internet connection in the room. Standard continental breakfast, on the plus side you could bring your breakfast with you to your room.

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall they made us feel very welcome. - I know it was only an 'express' holiday inn bbut I wish it had room service! Also the Road was a bit noisy outside

This new hotel (5 years?) in this working class neighborhood was something of juxtaposition. However, the hotel & its immediate location were perfect; 5 minutes from Victoria Station park & ride, across from Waltham stow dog track, adjacent to 2 Sainsbury's w/ gas. Hotel itself was excellent; all we hoped for, a couple of pleasant surprises (vending machine, bar, eatery, pc in lobby), excellent room service, plenty of room in & out. Highly recommended. Just get the Brit road directions from inner ring road, A406, to access road a little more precise.

+ Lovely soft bed and very polite, helpful and informative reception staff. The shower was nice too! - breakfast poor selection for price of hotel

+ Helpfullness of staff at reception and 24 hour opening (had to leave v early and staff were there to store a bag for me for a week)
