A bad esperiencie. Our room was tiny, dirty an d even bad smelling! We found some hairs among the sheets. It seemed our bed had been used by somebody before and they had not changed the sheets! The window of our room was a real guillotine. Trying to close it was a really dangerous matter. It was very heavy and fell violently! Then, it was impossible to open it again. The breakfast was absolutely poor...they were running out of coffe every morning at 8:30 a.m.! It was impossible to have a cup! I won`t stay there again!

The hotel is in a great location and an excellent value. The single room had a good micro-kitchen for preparing simple meals. The adequate breakfast was a pleasant surprise for such a low rate.

This hotel is ideally situated in Earl's Court and the rooms have a tv, fridge, microwave, toaster, sink and kettle. But from there it all goes downhill. My room...a single...was on the 4th floor of a building with no lift/elevator and the man on reception told me he could not take my bags upstairs....luckily some fellow aussies helped me out by doing so. Also the single rooms are only on this floor, and at 58 the last thing I wanted to do after walking around London for hours was to walk up those steep stairs. They also advertise limited internet access....this is not true, they have no guest access. There are internet places relatively close, but not at the hotel. My room was very small and then packed with useless furniture that you could not open because the bed was preventing that from happening. I mostly had to climb over my bed to access the fridge, sink etc. Then if it was a cuppa I wanted, I had to get the kettle, climb over bed and fill the kettle at the sink, then climb back over the bed to put the kettle on. I also found that the information given when I booked was incorrect, in particular when you get off at Earl's Court station (you need to go to the Earl Court exit not the Warwick St exit)

It is two star Hotel but the link through Venere shows it as three star. It even should be treated as even 1 star Hotel because of it's poor facilities. Toilet with bathroom is too small and dirty. On arrival we had to ask for cleaning the Toilet. One must ask the staff to know how the lights, water tabs, etc works. Towels were changed everyday but rooms were not cleaned. In our stay of 4 nights, bedsheets or bed covers were not changed. However, Hotel staff are good. The room has a small fridge, microwave, hot plate, small sink and some utensils(dirty). We had our own utensils. It helped us cooking food for our small child. Location of the Hotel is excellent, close to museums, bus(no 74) and metro stop. In 2/3 minutes walking distance, there is Sainsbury shopping complex which remains open 24 hrs on weekdays and more than 10 hrs on weekends and is excellent. One can food from Sainsbury or get food from Masala Zone, McDolands, KFC.. all are very close.

Had a very pleasant stay. One of the few places I've stayed at in this price range that I'd actually like to come back to. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the shower really worked! (I love England, but a good shower seems hard to find there...) Meals: We didn't eat at the hotel, but the Chinese restaurant Dragon Palace in Earl's Court Road (near the Tube station) was good. For snacks, water, etc., there was Sainsbury's (with a Starbuck's) just around the corner, across Cromwell Road. As for recommending this hotel to others: Yes, absolutely, as long as stairs are not a problem. (No elevator, far as we saw, but we never felt the need to ask)

The room was freezing and they were unable to do anything about it. Likewise microwave didn't work and the hairdryer had been removed and they were unable to replace/repair. Still was well worth what I paid but had made plans based on having the microwav

Overall the hotel is good value for money, with very good facilities. Rooms are a little bit small, but alright if you are staying for only a few nights.

Poor breakfast and not really clean rooms are the bigger problems.
