Stay Away! This was the worst hotel we had ever stayed in. The room was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned after it's previous occupants. There were stains all over the walls and ceiling. The shower was hideously dirty, with mould all over the shower curtain. The sink was falling off the wall and the windows didn't open. The staff (including the manager) were unbelievably unhelpful and very rude. The only thing this hotel had going for it was the location. And that wasn't nearly enough to make up for the ludicrous price.

A poorly maintained youth hostel I was very disappointed with my stay. The first room o the 4th floor had multiple problems; tiles missing from bathroom floor and shower base, inefficient shower, broken TV, tiny double room, ceiling lights did not work and a great deal of mould in the shower. On changing rooms the second morning, greeted with a grumpy receptionist and given a room with only minor improvemnts. The only good thing was the location.

Value accomodation in London If you just want the basic for a reasonable price then the Eden Plaza could be for you. For your money you get A bed (and a room just large enough to fit it in) A shower (no toiletries though so bring your own) Original window ventilation And a TV Service from the counter staff was polite and the hotel was ideal for the location.

tho hotel is dirty, the rooms very small, in my room for a night the window was blocked and we couldn't change the air. Cromwell st. was very noisy.

This hotel has a really good location in a beautiful part of London, close to Clouster Road underground station. But the room was very small and the TV didn't work. The breakfast was a little boring but okay. Okay service

I wish I had read the reviews on this hotel. I like many people judged the hotel by its outside and lobby pictures and was sorely disappointed. The location is great, but the hotel room was so disgusting that I was tempted to sleep in the lobby. The first room we were given had questionable stains on the bed cover and there was no room to place our luggage so we asked for another room. Although the second wasn't any better we decided to stay the night in there. I refused to walk anywhere in the room without shoes, the shower and shower curtain were completely moldy (there was no tub and the shower was simply separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain) and I refused to touch anything in the room before I went and bought disinfectant spray and sprayed the room and sheets down. The next day we checked out and went home even though we were supposed to stay another night. At first the hotel insisted on charging us for the second night, but after a few minutes of argument we were able to make our point and not have to pay. In addition to the condition of the rooms the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I recommend staying further out of London for the same price and just stay close to a tube stop or pay the extra money for a better hotel.

the hotel was in a very convienient location, right opposite the natural history museum and well placed for sight seeing. the rooms were a bit on the grubby side & could do with painting to freshen them up although for the price it was fine.
