We had to move rooms due to a lack of cleanliness. In both rooms, the beds were a terrible quality. I classify this as a dump.

Just great! We stayed for five nights, and the hotel was full for three of those. The bed was comfortable; shower/water pressure great; room was clean; good-size room refrigerator; staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't have an opportunity to try ...

From the super friendly staff, to the mahogany and updated furnishings, to the oversize luxurious bed the in-room refrigerator and microwave, to the superb cleanliness, this hotel is as nice as any four-star hotel we have stayed in. Infact the room...

Despite the fact that the hotel is close to transport and shopping areas, the room was very poor not even close at all to hotel standards. You need a lot of work to improve the standards. The price did not match the room at all.

Ashley, the receptionist, took fifteen minutes to notice us, she was on her personal cell phone, and playing games on the front desk computer. She was very rude and acted as if i was interrupting her, the ice machine was not working, and I had to...

I would never recommend this accomodation. When I arrived (around 9pm) they had no knowledge of my reservation. It was cash only and I had to visit a bank machine. The room was disgusting, if it wasn't so late I would have seeked accomodation elsewhere

When I discovered my room, it was small, dark, and dirty! THERE were cockroaches(sneaks) on the ground, the carpet was full of dusts. A whistling kettle was provided me with, in the room, to allow me to prepare a coffee because there is no breakfast. Now, when I opened this whistling kettle, it was of a dirt! layer of fat, Dégoutant! As for the noise, I could see the Londoners of my window reading the newspaper in the subway. And yes, in every passage of the subway the room trembled. Pitiful stay!

The man at the front desk asked for cash only. I then asked to see the room. The room was in very poor condition, curtains, partly hung, the bed was, lumpy and old and saggy, the top bed spread looked like it had never been cleaned, lights shades falling off, the bathroom was in disrepair tiles missing and dirty. We walked away from this property in disgust with the manager yelling at us, you must pay, you must pay. I would not ask any one to stay here. We have been traveling Europe for 9 weeks and this was our last night. We stayed in a number of Venere booked hotels but this one was just to much.We then had to try to find an other room which we did, we would have stayed in the airport rather than that room.

The room was disgusting, if it wasn't so late I would have seeked accomodation elsewhere. We tried our best not to use the public washroom there, as we found it deplorable. Upon check in we were instructed not to leave ANY valuables/passports in the room, as it is not perfectly safe. I would never pay 50GBP a night again, if this is a reasonable price for that type of accomodation.
