The hotel is perfectly located for getting around London. The property accommodated my request to be away from the street noise on Warwick Road. Some of the desk staff were unable or unwilling to get phone messages to me. The room was not cleaned very well; there was only one bath towel provided and I had to request that it be replaced on the second day, and the bed was not remade. By London standards, it is a good value but a few small service touches would make it even better.

Although rooms were not so spacious and were never cleaned, the hotel is very close to underground station, therefore really perfect to visit London, and offers a dignified stay with a breakfast as promised by the web page. A special mention to the courtesy and taste of the employees that always gave answers our needs. Hence a good relationship price/quality.

Very simple, but nice hotel with a friendly staff. Prices are reasonable.

This little hotel was reasonably-priced (by London standards -- anywhere else and you'd be getting robbed) and was a quiet, but central place to stay. Very convenient to Heathrow (about 20 minutes by the extremely handy tube). It's not fancy, but reflected the website's general characterization quite accurately. Shower is the typical English tiny, tiny box but was adequate. Easy to find from tube station (very close).

The worst hotel I have stayed in London. Definitely not 2 or 3 stars. It is at most only 2 star. The room just opposite the reception is rubbish. The bedsheet is unwashed and the room is extremely dusty. The table top even have stains that are left unwash

Upon walking into this hotel, the first thing that you notice is the smell. The entire building reeks of mold and mildew (or as the British call it, "damp"). On entering your room, you'll notice that they're small, but this is expected of this type of Eur

Hotel Earls Court is a good place for a single traveler looking for a place to sleep and to leave luggage. My reservation was properly handled, which was nice considering my late arrival. The room was clean, well maintained, and the en suite bath worked quite well. The close location to the Earls Court tube station (1/2 block)was very convenient. A simple continental breakfast was included. The room was small and the bath was tiny. It was ok for a single traveler but a couple would be crowded. My room faced onto Warwick road, which was a little noisy, but was ok once I shut the window. The hotel is a good choice and a good value for someone who just wants simple accomodations. I would stay there again.

The worst hotel I have stayed in London. Definitely not 2 or 3 stars. It is at most only 2 star. The room just opposite the reception is rubbish. The bedsheet is unwashed and the room is extremely dusty. The table top even have stains that are left unwashed. The toilet is so small I cannot even turn! The bed is super stiff and very small for 2 people to share. I had to cover my nose the whole night so as to filter off the dust. Just next to the road thus a lot of traffic and people noises. It is also a costly hotel, for its range. All in all, please avoid this hotel, unless it undergoes some MAJOR renovating.
