- The hotel will need to upgrade the bedrooms in the near future to include air conditioning as noise from traffic can be irritating when window is open

Charming facade - a change from the tower block hotels, but possibly over priced.

+ Spacious room - The beds were not good. The lighting was terrible, and the space, for the price of the room, was much too cramped.

Some staff were clinical in their approach but were helpful. A little smile can go a long way. The hotel is wel sited for visitors to London and the price reasonable when booked on line.

Except for being too warm, the hotel was exactly as I expected. I couldn't have been more pleased and plan to stay there whenever I am in London.
