The neighborhood is quiet and the service is very good. We always stay there when visiting family. The deals cannot be beat for the space in the 2nd best city in the world (NYC number one).

I am not sure if we'll ever stay at the Dolphin Square again - the regular hotel rates at the front desk looked to be around $175 - $225 a night which is more than what we'd normally pay, so we got a great deal from Priceline for $80 a night - but we'd definitely take our chances again on Priceline to try for it.

Good if you want a place to "get away" from the hub-ub of London. About 3 blocks to the Pimlico tube (which requires transfers to get to many other popular destinations in London). Room service actually made a tasty Cheeseburger (rare for London!).

The little touches is what I think makes this hotel shine – such as a complimentary “The Times” newspaper delivered to you, a vase (which was needed), room keys for each occupant, a fan (hugely thankful for due to the very hot weather).
