+ The cleanliness of the room and that it was non-smoking. The friendly staff and the good breakfast. - The room could have been a little bigger...

Clean tidy rooms but extremely small. Quite noisy and would be hot in the rooms on a hot day (ventialtion was not good). Very well located near transport.

Went to London to see Jools Holland concert at Royal Albert Hall. Had won the tickets so we were looking for value for money so as not to make weekend too expensive. Hotel receptionist was really welcoming and we were able to take advantage of the free limited parking spaces available. (However paddington Station literally 5 mins walk away so may train on a day when we have more time) The Breakfast was fair to good with things running out despite getting down mid way through breakfast time. We will be returning

+ Handy for Paddington. We were able to leave our bags at reception after we checked out, and collected them later that afternoon. - Bedroom and bathroom were too small, but we expected this from guest reviews. OK for one night.

Small but convenient The hotel is very convenient - approx 5/10 minutes from Paddington station and close to a number of tube stations. The room was very small with what seemed to be an undersized bed and the hotel restaurant was unable to cope with breakfast - other than that, a fairly typical london hotel!
