Very good hotel. Only problem we had was trying to get served in the bar. Service was quite poor when they were busy. Maybe need more bar staff.

All the staff were v. helpful. Hotel is being revamped, but this did not inconvenience us at all. We benefited from the rather slow room service as my husband had left French car train tickets behind which would undoubtedly have been binned as paper rubb

Excellent accommodation at bargain price This top quality hotel is within easy reach of most of Central London's main attractions and is often available at excellent rates. It is particularly convenient for visiting Regents Park Zoo and Open Air Theatre. It is currently being refurbished and we stayed in a comfortable, nicely furnished and newly re-fitted room.

Excellent, excellent service, nicely appointed rooms. As they are still refurbishing some of the rooms, there was often too much drilling and related noise during daytime hours. Hopefully it will be finished soon.

very quiet and great view over the regents park the furniture was quite old-fashioned (not optimal for people who like modern style)

Bad hotel the room is too small, the furniture is so old, the aircondition was not working well, the room is missing basic things (like room safe box and mini bar) and the staff are not helpful at all
