My stay was Ok.Slow checking in not enough staff.Car Park not signed. Food in morning good and overall accommodation adequate.I thought I was booking into an executive room but it was ordinary for that description.I would have liked Satellite TV to have wider choice. Sleeping ok and shower room and toilet facility good.Towels had seen better days I think? Not unhappy with Hotel overall and would use for business again but not a leisure break.

If location and transportation is not main importance. If you look for good hotel rates in london, that is a good option because it is a nice hotel, comparing with other hotels. But the location is really bad and you would spend more in transportation to city downtown. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Get a hotel in downtown area because that area is relatively small and you can walk around. Remember that transportation in London is extremelly expennsive.

This is a hotel of last resort for me. Much better value from other chains can often be obtained. The rooms really are very basic indeed. Not dirty but very shabby and little things spoil the experience like the mugs in the room always taste strongly of chemical, no shampoo etc.I am not saying dont stay here but be aware thatthe standard may be below what you expected

The hotel was perfectly adequate - we only needed a room to sleep in as we were attending a function at the ExCel centre across the road. The staff were polite and helpful and the check in process was very straightforward.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for the duration of my stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was worth the money. The only minor problem was that the heating in the room is controlled by a key card. This means that when you leave the room, the heating goes off and on return to the room, it takes a long time to heat up again. Not a problem if you are traveling in summer but quite a big problem when your stay overlaps the coldest night of the year.

Although i booked a standard double room with extra bunk bed just for me to stay in (although there were beds for three), the room was so small there was no space to open my suitcase. There was no wardrobe just some hangers next to the bed which as soon as you hanged your clothes on would fall of the hook! The sink was next to my bed! There was no please do not disturb sign available in the room! The room was not cleaned properly. The breakfast was appalling! Two poor girls (which i cannot blame) had to prepare breakfast for too many customers. There were times when customers had to wait for knives and forks to be washed!
