The H1 shuttle from the airport, supposedly running a couple of times an hour, was a little unreliable, but at 4 pounds was far better than the taxi at 25 pounds in traffic.

Generally it was fine.Ask for King size bed and got a twin room. Poor selection of TV channels.“As stated above the TV channels were a little limited. Other than that all was fine.”

First class accommodation and facilities, unfortunately in an industrial area too close to airport yet too far (need shuttle bus to get to connecting flight, but too close to keep car.

The price - quality relationship was very good.Very expensive for breakfast and internet.“The hotel room was very nice and coffee and tea was provided. Do not expect the free internet service you would find in the USA. internet costs $25 a day.”

Nice facility in close proximity to airport. An easy ride on the H1 Hotel Hoppa from Heathrow. Lots of business travelers, flight attendants and airline pilots. Breakfast was outstanding, but everybody gave me the impression that it was included in the room price, and at an extra $40, it was an expensive addition. Works well if your company is paying for your expenses, but if not, watch out.

From a design standpoint, the layout needs some reworking. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I would stay again.

The helpfulness of the staff (i.e. arranging taxi & helping choose a restaurant in the area to go to).The location was further from the airport then what I thought.“Excellent facilities, and extremely helpful Staff.”
