The hotel was excellent. Room was a small but not uncomfortable

+The location of hotel nearby London city was very pleasing. Also staff were kind and encouraging. -It was very annoying to see old and dirty juncture in bathroom where bathtub is connected to walls. Also elevators were old enough to consider changing it without doubt.

+It's location -Room very small and in need of redecoration - particularly the bathroom.

+Location, cleanliness. -Heard breakfast poor quality but didn't eat there

+The friendliness of the staff (with one exception) was second to none - they helped make it a very pleasant stay -The hotel rooms were very small and the service obtained during a problem with a broken shower was sub-standard for the price - when informed that a shower has broken and flooded a bathroom it shouldn't take a visit to reception and 2 phonecalls to get someone to come to the room. I then wouldn't expect the staff to have no idea what to do about it and have to make suggestions myself as to how it can be resolved! Breakfast-time was chaos. Proximity to smoking rooms meant that the corridor had a permanent smell of stale smoke which was most unpleasant to walk through

+Nice location, clean and nice hotel -One of the days we have to wait 40 min. before we got served breakfast.

+A small & quiet hotel, well located. The room were small but cosy and comfortable. -Couple of people at the front desk should have been more service minded.

-How they serve the brekfast. It would be much easyer for the staff en take less time for the guests if they had brekfast-buffet.
