We tried to find just a budget hotel but that does not mean that the rooms must be unclean.

When introduce a Hotel in Internet Web-site, better come up with pictures! There were no pictures only exterior not enough! Have to see bath and room`s outward appearance!

was nothing that it was advertised as, if I were you i would not have this hotel on your website, until they get their act together. Roomw as advertised as twin room, with ensuite. but they the staff didn't know what they were doing, and we ended up with a damp room with shared leadky toilet and shower, normally i wouldn't mind this if i had expected to share, but this is not what i booked. they were not apologetic, and we were not the only ones staying there that had problems. we also booked for early am arrival, even though we eventually didn't arrive till about 12 the room was not even cleaned yet and there was no secure place to leave bags!

The stay would have been greatly improved had their not been a great deal of noise permeating through the ceiling of room 18. I would have appreciated it if the bedside lights worked and the television remote control had batteries in it, though I realise that it is not reasonable to check whether the last guests had stolen them. All in all it was acceptable and I would consider returning again.

I booked for an en-suite room. But on reaching the hotel at 11.00 in the night I came to know that a room is booked for me which does not have toilets and I have to go down a floor for toilets. The reception staff was good enough to give me a different room.

Though outwardly the hotel looks pleasant, the interior leaves alot to be desired. The rooms were dirty, with one of the rooms having mould growing. The breakfast consisted of a bowl of cereal, with toast available only if you prepared it yourself. The staff were unhelpful, with the manager not being available on site. All in all a poor Hotel which I will not use again.

The worst experience that we've ever had. This place is not even suitable for having mice spend a night there. Very poor, bad and filthy conditions. Owner is extremely rude and violent. Please take this hotel from your website immediately.
