+ it was close to the train station; the lady in charge of the breakfast room was a sweetheart - Our suite in the basement was not very secure from possible outside intruders. Our suite was next to the boiler room so it was incredibly hot and the air cond

Great location & value Most of the staff was very helpful & friendly. The continental breakfast was great. If you plan on taking the Tube, it’s a great location! We didn’t eat or wander around near the hotel, so I can’t speak to that. It is the type of accommodation you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Clean & comfortable. If you are a late sleeper, you may want to avoid the room next to the breakfast area on the lower floor. As for us, we were up, so it didn’t really bother us. Traveler's tip If you expect to be taking the Tube a lot, look into the Travelcard passes - they have unlimited use. You can buy them online ahead of time. There are Oyster Card that have a prepaid value, but you have to worry about recharging them.

The hotel is close to the king's cross underground station. The hotel was found quickly and easily from the underground station. The nearby underground station allowed for easy transport to and from major London attractions (or other parts of the auk). The hotel staff was courteous and friendly in offering advice and helping to find local retailers.

I was probably upgraded (without any mention of it) since I got a small suit instead of the single room booked. The hotel faces a quiet street and is well kept (excellent value for a London hotel at that rate). The nearest surrroundings are rather shabby, but it is conveniently close to St. Pancras and King´s Cross Stations. (= Practical but not flashy.)Clearly recommended, but not primarily for leisure.

Within walking distance from King's Cross. Very simple and small room with unconfortable bed and tiny bathroom. You have to be a fit person to squeeze yourself into it.

clean and great price for location! the location is great, only a 3min walk to kings cross/eurostar. small, but normal for euro standards. very, very, very clean. a little noisey, but after all the touring of the city it didn’t matter because i went right to sleep. very nice staff that were very helpful with all questions. can’t wait to go back and stay there again. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks the tube is not as hard as it seems. once you learn it, you can go anywhere very cheap! believe me being from a small town that would never even need a subway system, it didn’t take long to figure out the tube and/or trains.
