The rooms were small but had all the necessary facilities. The bathroom was a little shabby and we could not get the heating to work. Location is good and for a hotel in London reasonably priced and quiet.

I have been to many hotels and this is the worst in terms of service and attitude of the people working in the hotel. They never told us to book directly if we want to save money next time we go back to London. Few examples of the things they did; 1.they charged us 120 pounds more 2. we were told breakfast was not included 3. towels were not provided and when I asked for them I was asked to go downstairs and get them myself 4. when the guide person called that she is going to be late, the message was not relayed to us knowing we were waiting at the lobby, 5. my door was creaking loudly and when I complained about it was ignored 6 it was difficult to talk to the people at the front desk because of their attitude and many other small things that added to our dissatisfaction.

Located near Earl's Court train station and Hyde Park. Great location for train or foot travel. Rooms are small and lacking any special amenities.

rooms very small. No wardrobe and insufficient hanging space. No hooks for wet outdoor clothing. Nowhere to put clothes removed at night. Poor beds. Very noisy heating system. Iwouldn''t stay there again.

-We had great difficulty in opening the doors to the rooms and we learned that we were not alone in this. Twice i had to get someone from reception to open the room. Holes in the curtains, no hot water in the morning, the kettle wouldnt work and also the bar seemed to be cloesd. Also, the breakfast was not included and the food extremely poor. Never realised so much could be go wrong in a hotel.

+The facilities available in my room was more than expected. -The windows were not double glazed and as it was a particulaly windy day, the thumping on the window was slightly disruptive. Noise filtered through the rooms easily.
