I have been to london many times for business and this is a brand new hotel and with modern furniture and very clean . i hihgly recommend this hotel as it is in central london.

+Clean, comfortable and good sized rooms -TV reception poor

I am pleased to find this hotel after long visiting many 4 star hotels, i think this is perfectly well maintained hotel.

+The breakfast was excellent. -The front desk staff were a bit unfriendly

During our stay there were some unusually noisy guests that disturbed many of the residents. Unfortunately the hotel did not seem to deal with the situation at all which was very annoying.

nutting really,, every thing was highly maintained to perfection , i would love to have a bat in the hotel but never mind there are plenty around

The hotel felt clean and fresh. We where supposed to be three persons and have asked for three single beds, at the place for special request, but we got 1 double and one single bed. as one person got sick this wasn't a problem now, but if we had been 3 it would been.Easy acces to undergound station suited us perfectly as we could easily go to waterloo station for connection. breakfast totally ok simple but ok. Breakfast room was a bit cold though. Overall one of the bettter hotels in London for this price. I have seen some really bad examples around Bayswater area. Yes We would recomend this hotel to others.

+ease to find from tube station and also comfortable -one of the hotel staff was extermely rude, when I asked for help. BBC 1 would not work in my room, when I wanted to watch something and the internet I had paid for cut off after two hours. Other guests noise in the hotel was very loud and disturbed my sleep most of the night.
