In the hotel lobby is a stand full of tourism brochures we attempted to ask questions about the brochures from the employees at the front desk. They had no idea what we were talking about most of the time and often were rude.

I had mold all around my shower and on the ceiling. The elevator would work only once a day, and I was on the 4th floor. They kept calling the same repair company. The bar never had money to make change for any orders. Rooms are small but all hotels in Europe are small. The staff was nice.
