+ Excellent breakfast

+ Alles prima. - on this occassion I would have prefared to vacate the room at noon, rather that 11.00am

- There was no information about the public transport access at their homepage so it was hard to find them and was not easy to find the fastest way to there. The breakfast started late for me as I had early appoitnments at the city.

+ I liked that Housekeeping do not start knocking the door at 8 in the morning like a lot of hotels and just ease of access. Also friendly staff.. - Yes thicker pillows and duvets, found it difficult to sleep.

+ The free internet option. - only the bathroom, it had mouldy grouting and the non slip bath mat looked so grubby that I'd rather risk a fall than use it.

+ Your very friendly staff, especially Serkan and Ethel - Yes thicker pillows and duvets, found it difficult to sleep.

+ We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always enjoyed the quiet smoke-free environment and ths complimentary full English breakfasts. - Only one problem. We found ourselves stranded in Wood Green after midnight and, unable to get a L
