    + The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel was tastefully furnished and the room was well equiped. They allowed us an extrememly late check out and a taxi was already waiting for us when checking out. - French not britsh butter serve

    + The breakfast buffet esp. the fresh squeezed orange juice, the salmon, the fresh fruits and the real bircher muesli!!! The staff was very child friendly. The room had a nice view on the 11th floor and it was quiet even with open window.

    + We shopped and we went to the Tate Gallery on invitation of BP - Double room was a little on small side but when we asked for a twin we were given a bigger room with a view.

    + Excellent friendly service with a full array of services and a fantastic breakfast - Que for breakfast was horrendous. Could not take advantage of Champagne offer because this is server 6-8pm and we had a function starting 5:30pm. This was not explained
