Great Location We bought two 3 Day London passes with transport. Cost almost $300. We ended up walking everywhere. We only used the London pass to get into the Tower of London, the boat trip near the London eye and the Tower Bridge exhibition. Westminster Abbey is not included in the London pass. Many of the museums are free. We would have been better off just paying admissions than buying the London pass.

A great location and perfect accommodation if you want to be able to self cater. But the hotel is in urgent need of redecoration: the carpets on the 8th floor are shameful. This being said, the room was clean and very well appointed.

Would definitely return. We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and had no hesitation in returning on this trip to London. The location could not be better, less than one minute to Trafalgar Square and two tube stops, although it is so central you rarely need to use the tube. The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable, although the pillows were very thin. There is no shortage of places to eat nearby, but the option of 'eating' in can be very convenient, especially with Tesco, Sainsburys and M&S having food outlets very close to the hotel. Really enjoyed our trip to London and would definitely use this hotel again.

Centrally located Citadines Apart Hotel Trafalgar Square Appartment was clean, but could do with some maintenance. It was a bit cold, but extra heaters in the rooms proved a good solution. The kitchen was complete. Staff was extremely helpfull. The hotel is centrally located. We staid with a family off 4 and were definitely satisfied with the hotel.

great hotel great location but.... Citadines Apart Hotel Trafalgar Square is THE place to stay while visiting london. great location: trafalgar square, west end theaters, leicester square, picadilly circus, covent garden, many underground stations around, and much more. also all of these place are within walking distances from the hotel. the rooms are studio apartments, so you have a full kitchen in your room. there are supermarkets within walking distance so you can cook meals in your kitchen instead of going out to eat. the only bad thing is it's a bit pricey. but it's worth it! i would def go back there again.

Great Location Location was unbeatable. Within walking distance of the London eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey. Two metro stations within 5 minute walk. Room was small but adequate, and bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. There is a small convenience store, "Tesco Express" right on the corner. We did have to call maintenance a couple of times for things that didn’t work, and they responded promptly. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks We bought two 3 Day London passes with transport. Not good value for money The hotel had a generally grubby aspect. Maintenance was very wanting - The shower tap and mechanism was loose and difficult to control, the drying was badly skrewed to the wall, and was in danger of falling off. Repairs were made when we complained, but the work was shoddy. Generally, we found the hotel disappointing, and not up to the standards we had expected.
