Pleasantly surprised Having stayed at a number of hotels across London over the years we found this hotel to be about the best as it was very comfortable, clean and well located. We arrived by Eurostar and were able to walk to the hotel in 15 minutes. There is a supermarket and a Tube Station just up the street. Covent Garden is also within easy walking distance and numerous buses pass the front door. Hotel was very quiet and staff friendly and helpful. There is a variety of restaurants close by as well as the possibility of cooking a meal in the small kitchen in the room. Hard to beat for the location and price!

Centrally Located Hotel There are lots of places to eat in the immediate area, ranging from McDonalds to higher end eateries but one of the best features of this hotel was the fact that it had a well equipped kitchen which allowed us to prepare our own breakfasts and sometimes pack our own lunches which was a welcome break from eating in restaurants all of the time.

Great Location - Friendly Staff We enjoyed our stay, would prefer to have linen changed at least every 3 days, and houskeeping every three days. Thanks

Good place and convenient location Four of us stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Not right in Covent Garden, but easy enough to get to on the tube or walking if you have time. 1st room we went in smelled strongly of cigarettes and was a bit dirty, but the desk staff was extrememly helpful and got us another room right away. Sofa bed was semi-comfortable but had a bit of a dusty smell. I guess it hadn't been used in awhile. We were happy with it overall and I would stay there again.

Great location and great value This is an ideal location for all the major sights theatres and transport links to other major destinations. Even the studio apartments are larger than any other hotel room we've ever had in london, and with a full, albeit petite, kitchen, it is ideal for a longer visit for those on a budget

Great Location; sleeps 4 people, but run-down rooms There is a grocery store one block from the hotel (just across the street from the Holborn underground station) that has an excellent selection of fresh baked goods, fruits, juices, etc. You can save a bundle on breakfast and lunch by making a quick trip there to stock up in the morning.

+ It was well located, close to Holburn underground, well serviced by taxis and had a couple of nice restaurants i.e. Casa Pasta. The reception staff were excellent.
