+ The staff was very polite and serviceminded. Clean room. Free internetaccess. - The Location. Noise from the street (Burglar alarm and ambulancesirens). Lots of stairs.

+ Nice hotel, good room, more interesting than most city hotels - Not as near to tube as I expected and bus or taxi is probably required to get to train/underground stations unless you fancy a 20 minute walk
