My sister and I stayed there for one night. We were kindled of shocked to see how small the bath room is. It doesn't deserve a two-star rating. What's worse is that the room we stayed in (Rm#20)has flees. Both my sister and I found these red bumps all over the next day. It's by far the worst experience ever!

The hotel was in a good location, but the tube was quit far. The staff was not very helpful and the room was too small.

Fairly conveniently located a short walk from Victoria Station, the hotel was clean and friendly. The rooms were absolutely tiny and certainly not cheap, but there's nothing in London anywhere that could be reasonably represented as a good value.

When I arrived they had no record of reservation. Eventually showed me reservation, including your credit card number. Wouldn't accept my credit card because it was the same number as yours, so I had to pay in cash. Morning crew, knowing what was going on returned my payment the next day.

The Hotel tried to recharge me for the room upon arrival. They claimed that while the room was reserved, it had not been paid for. In order to get the room they recharged my credit card. When checking out I asked if the misunderstanding had been taken care of and it was very difficult to explain the predicamant. I still do not know if I have been refunded. I would not recommend this hotel. Although the hotel was fairly inexpensive the place seemed very inadequate and unsafe - even in European standards.

The staff was EXCELLENT!!! They were very accommodating. The room was VERY clean. I would definitely stay there again. The location was within walking distance of Victoria Station, the station I needed to get back to the airport. Loved it!

Lodgings here are very basic. Tiny room, miniscule bathroom, the shower was basically a small corner of the teeny bathroom. However place is very clean, and the staff were very helpful. It's also extremely convenient, being just a few blocks within Victoria Station and the tube. Real nice neighborhood, some nice pubs and restaurants right around the corner. Only about 15 to 20 minute walk to major attractions such as Westminster, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and St. James Park.
