The discount prices mean you are downgrade from double room to single. The carpet is very dark color and washroom is only for one person to use. It running by Indian host, everythings you asked is NO, Management issues, ask Management.

+ Very clean & very central location - Unfortunately we were allocated a room in another guest house and not cedar guest house. we were also let down by the size of room, very different from the one shown on website in looks & size, considering we were 3 pax. shower door didi even open half way through.

By arrival we had to pay more than what we had to pay according to our booking. Because the man at the reception said that we had booked the room without bathroom, but i'm sure that i booked the one with the bathroom inside. The room was really small, old

    - I booked a room that i tought it was with shower and wc , an d my surprise was that there aren´t . also i booked on cedar guest house and the hotel gave me a room in another hotel . i send you a mail asking if the room i booked with your web had shower and wc and you didn´t answer my question . i am really concern that i will never book in the future with easytobook , because i booked one room ensuite and when i came to the hotel it wasn´t ensuite , and i payed 13 pounds more for a room ensuite , why didn´t answer my mail asking if the room was ensuite ? ... a horrible experience .... you are not professional ....

I was not put in the Cedar Guest House but the most filthist accomadation i have ever seen the Belgrave House and i am happy over this as i slipped on the floor and found next day my arm needed attention .I think you should pay a visit to this place as i am certainly going to complain to the right people over this as i know it was £49 a night and they reduced it to £45 as i had to walk about a quarter of a mile after along journey and i am over 70yrs mrs Priscilla Downes .

The rooms are small and old, however they are very clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the room was always warm. The Ensuite was tiny but functional.

The comments left by previous guest are pretty accurate. If you are only looking for a place to sleep at an affordable price, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, book somewhere else. The room was small, and the ensuite bathroom was even smaller. No shower curtain and only a shower stall so everything got wet so it was hard to take clothes in with you to change. They did give you clean towels daily and the sheets were clean. The breakfast consist of toast and cereal. There is no lift. It's not very quiet either, we stayed on the bottom floor and some man and old woman who work there kept arguing with one another in the afternoon. You have to check in about three houses down from the actual b&b and no one tells you this prior to arrival. We stayed in a triple and the toilet leaked and even after requesting repair, no effort was made to fix it. The only really great thing was the location. It was very close to both the Victoria Train Station and Victoria Coach Station. If you are picky...don't stay here. If you are looking for a bed for the night at a good price..stay here.

It was only a one night crash out stay over. Bearing in mind it was winter I dread to think how stuffy it would be in the summer. Otherwise it was good value for what was required on the night.

EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED TO FIND IN VICTORIA .... GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.
