+ Good location. rooms clean. got wat you paid for - Would have been nice if the staff would say a little more than yes or no, and maybe smiled once

Hotel was in a good location for accessing sites. Warm but decor needs updating. Perfectly adequate as a base but not if you wish to spend time in your room. I would not recommend as you must try this hotel but I was satisfied with it.

The hotel met the major requirements we had when booking - clean, secure, and affordable.

well worth the money

If you're looking for an hotel which is cheap and in the centre town, this could be the right hotel. the hotel is very close to Victoria Station and to the main attractions and it is served well by autobus nr. 24. The room in general is not that much, but, I repeat, this is the ideal hotel for young people who wanna spend few and enjoy London.

Hotel's location near to Pimlico tube station & site seeing venues. Outward appearance of hotel clean & tidy. Staff courteous, friendly & helpful. A member of staff recommended an English restaurant called Chimes, near too hotel-very good, prices of meals to suit all. Hotel room clean, I appreciated very much the tea/coffe making facilities. Bathroom clean & adequate. Breakfast basic, but adequate. A basic no frills hotel, ideal for those who are on a budget. For me personally, a hotel to return too in the future.

Staff came back and said they would not stay there again. I do spoil them with their hotels though and it couldn't have been that bad if they didn't complain.

- Very cold at night- left luggage was not in secure storage- bathroom was very cramped and shower flooded everywhere.

+ The staff - no lift...difficult to climb up with lugguages for 4 floor

Good value for money, the hotel was better than expected and was within easy reach of Victoria underground station as stated. Very pleasant stay at the hotel, and would use again on our next visit.
