The hotel is over-rated. The room is dirty with very dim lights. The bed is old and very uncomfortable. The sheets were unclean and I had skin rashes. Although the location is very close to the underground station, the room is very noisy as it faces the main street. Front desk staffs are not friendly and unhelpful. I paid the same price for a single room at another hotel in the same neighborhood and it was much better value in every aspect. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody or will I ever use this hotel again when I visit London next year.

The hotel is in a very good location right across from kings cros station which can get you everywhere in london in a few minutes, the staff were good and willing to help full hot breakfast include, the only downside was the bed was a bit small for two people but other than that there was nothing really wrong. would consider a return there.

+ Friendly and pleasant staff, and a well located hotel near the city centre. Clean room and bathroom, although a little worn.
