I found this hotel good value for money. The staff are very polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is reasonable. The wireless broadband is excellent and I had no problems connecting or using it. I have been using it for several weeks now and intend to continue using it.

The room was perfect for our length of stay, but there was no mention of kettle ect in room,so we packed our own travel kettle, coffee ect.Nice to arrive in room to find kettle ect already in,we could have saved on carrige. The shower was ok but very slippy.

For the price, this was an excellent hotel, although there was some room for improvement. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited choice. The bathroom had nowhere to store a towel, and the shower tended to wet the bathroom floor. But these are minor issues. The room was warm and clean, with a good firm bed.

The standard of the hotel is what I expected for that price in London. Just that we were given what I think was the smallest room and on the 4th floor. However, it was clean and most of all very convenient if you use St. Pancras Station.

You get what you pay for and this hotel did the trick with a low cost for a one night stay for two people in london.Right next to the tube and ideal if you are walking back after the tube shuts as it's only about 15 mins from Tottenham court road. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection(sausage/bacon/egg/beans/tomatoes/toast/cereal/coffee/juice) but it was cold-the heating console obviously needs replacing. I am amazed that although this has been commented on before nothing has been done. Or are these surveys a waste of time????

The hotel is very convenient from trasportation point of view. The TV and tea making facility is very useful to have but the room seems quite small. The double bed was not comfortable as well.

Adequate for the price, but I would have preferred something quieter and a bit more spacious. The website pictures suggest that the rooms are bigger.

Cheap value for money hotel. Served it's purpose for a no frills overnight stay close to Kings Cross. Could have done the little things better - EG No soap in the ensuite.
