hotel was part of an indian restaurant & our room was downstairs adjoining the kitchen. it was very noisy after 11.30pm when the scaping of cookware commenced. refurbishment taking place,ladies toilet in reception area un-usable as it did not flush & was blocked with paper. toilet in our room had a heavy leak from waste-pipe at the back every time it was flushed(mopped up with bathroom towels). fortunately we were only there for one night.

The room was excellent. Good value for money. We arrived late and it was nice to be able to have a meal and drink up to 11pm. Enjoyed the Indian meal so much we got the chef to do us some to take away when we checked out. The second night I wanted a glass of iced water as it was a very hot night but there was no ice. Also the breakfast table had not been cleared and reset after the guest that had eaten before had eaten.

online picture of hotel misleading, did not show was shared with indian restaurant. poor facilities in room, would have expected more with 3 diamonds.

- no undercover smoking area, lots of patrons standing out the front of the hotel in the rain looked and felt awful.
