This was an expensive lesson in booking hotels on-line. Make sure if you're not using a major hotel chain to select ones with at least 3 star ratings and check epinions!

Very good value for money, as price paid included breakfast. Would have liked some English channels on the TV - they appeared to be mainly German! Very convenient for anyone out and about around Victoria. Room and bedding was of a very good standard of cleanliness.

Do not expect too much and you will be happy with what you get. Clean and efficient room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth staying here. Don't stay around in the day because of ongoing construction work. But this is only a temporary condition.

I was disappointed in my stay as the overall appearance inside the hotel was unclean - fingermarks on paintwork etc. The restaurant service was okay but I didnt like the way the food was left uncovered on the table waiting for people to help themselves.

None of our party could fault the hotel, so it is difficult to answer this.

The bathroom had a new shower suite but was not finished off as no fittings were present. The TV was at a height where it could hardly be reached and the remote dontrol was not working.
