We chose this hotel because of its location. We have relatives at the top of Colney Hatch Lane. Because of its size the hotel had a really good feel to it, we look forward to staying with you again soon.

It was in a nice area and was very good value for money. The breakfast was really good - huge choice and help yourself, all in a very nice breakfast room. Our room was a bit small but very comfortable, all I wanted from a hotel in london.

Would have liked to know that there was no lift. Room was on the second floor. Would have been nice to have dinner facilities. Limited car parking space at hotel but plenty in road outside. The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and pleasant. We found our room a bit on the small side and the television too high up for our aging necks!! The breakfast was however supberb.

The Raglan is well situated however the staff let it down badly, they lack training & management. Our room was spacious but extremely shabby, the basin was blocked. The bar did not exist unless one wanted an expensive glass of wine in the lobby! The hotel website shows photos of a bar with theme nights etc, none of this was true. All in all a sad experience not to be repeated.

Room was simple and clean. Breakfast was not outstanding, but perfectly adequate. Staff were helpful with the few queries I had. Muswell Hill is very easy to approach from the M1 and the hotel is bang in the centre of Muswell Hill, which is a bonus.

This hotel is very close to Muswell Hill shops and resteraunts. Its a little old and basic, but has friendly and helpful staff which make up for this. When we stayed there, they did not provide cooked breakfasts, however I beleive this has now changed. We stayed with a young child, and it was no problem arranging a cot in the room. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, however, so if this is a problem for pushchairs / wheelchairs, remember to specify a ground floor room when booking.

Just got back from a holiday weekend in Baltimore, and we definitely made the right choice in our hotel pick. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet with made-to-order entrees was great, and the location can't be beat. Whether...
