Overall positive feelings about the hotel. However Sunday breakfast served from 8 a.m. Far too late in the morning if you are departing. No use ordering room service which started from 07.30 a.m.

A dark room overlooking a noisy courtyard has put me off this hotel. The tuned-in pornographic channel on the tv was inappropriate and should be available by prepaid choice only for those requiring such entertainment. Certaily couldn't bring my family here! Location will however put it back on the list. Simple and good breakfast apart from foul juice. Perhaps the dancing waiter behind the bar during breakast should consider turning the volume down. All services efficient apart from the door man who mistook me for a taxi driver and later offered his help aloud across the lobby when I had approched the exit already. Mustard after the meal?

Hotel is in need of a 'makeover', very tired. Walls are quite thin so neighbours could be heard. Great location though.

Mostyn Hotel is excellent location, service and facilities. Best Western as per my previous experience in Frankfurt Scala are same level of service. Staff are very helpful and cheerful. For my future trips in UK, I will go to Mostyn and for any future trips elsewhere, I will choose Best Western.

+ Excellent room, enough soap, shampoo, towels etc for all guests - There was a lot of refurbishment going on which is good to see, would love to see the finished article.

The room was much larger than usual for hotels in this pricerange. The staff was friendly. Even though rehabilitation work was going on in the lobby it didn't bother us much.
