Comfortable hotel, helpful staff My stay was quite satisfactory. The wake-up call and taxi to the airport were both carried out without any problems. There isn’t a lot to do nearby, but there is a local pub in addition to the hotel’s bar and restaurant. Traveler's tip on shopping If you plan to do any shopping, do it before getting to the hotel.

Bargain stay for London! Though the decor was a little tired it was spotless and we could park our car outside our room. Large room and all the facilities, thoroughly reccommended.

Receptionist was very nice and polite. She was cheerfull. Room was clean and we didnt hear noice from airport. We had no-smoking large room(DBL) with quite large bathroom and it is very unusual and rare here in London, because most of Londons hotels have really small and tiny rooms. I saw lots of hotels in London yet. Hotel is in clean and green area. We had an english breakfast and we were very satisfied with their service and menu. Hotel is quite far from underground station (15 - 20 minutes walk), but you can use bus which has station near this hotel and has stop near underground station. We used Osterley station on Piccadilly line - zone 4. If you dont mind walk, I can recommend this hotel, because they have very low price for good quality. In the bathroom is very soft water, so it is little difficult to rinse a soap from skin, but for short staying it is not big problem, not for us.

Wi-Fi If you plan on utilizing Wi-Fi services in your hotel room be prepared for it not to work at all hours of the day (though Wi-Fi is so post to) as well as the lack of staff assistance in this matter. Plus your usage Wi-Fi usage time may not actually what your paying for (8 hours worth may actually be 6). Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Your better off walking a few blocks down the road towards the tube station towards lunchbox shop to get a cheaper and tastier breakfast then eating a somewhat dull, meager and hefty-priced breakfast buffet selection and tea they serve at the hotel. For a cheap tasty takeaway dinner - the shop ’Pavillion Rouge’ serves a tasty kabob wrap and chicken sandwich.

Great Value Very nice hotel for the money. Don't expect a 5* resort but the price it's hard to beat his hotel. Bus stop right in front of the hotel - bus will take you to the subway system in about 5 minutes. Good food and friendly bar staff. Extremely clean. Would definately recommend & return.
