I had no problems either with the booking system or the accomodation. The price I paid I considered very reasonable and the whole process was a positive experience.

Went to take some pics of the boat race, hotel was handy cause it was it Putney where the boat race starts, and you could catch a train to Mortgate where it finishes, and the Oxford boat crew where in the hotel. Receptionist was very helpfull on arrival and took me to my room. Missed the first half of the England / Irleand game coz the bloody train was late. Good location for shops and resteruants, bought a bottle of sambuca for £10.99. Execellent breakfast in the morning. Missed the best shot of the day, coz some stupid women, saying dont stand there you will fall in. Found a nice ITALIAN resteraunt, got back to the bar, and was accousted by 2 couples from Birmaingham, one who used to be a pron star, and the other dis not explain wether it was a bi-normal or poisson distribution, and yes Mount Enta is near to Pompei. Did nothing on Monday because keira ( model ) did not contact show. Discovered the receptionist was from Lyon in France but lived in Spain, and invited me to she her in Tenerife. Tried to find the Hammersmith Odeon, but ended up in secrets. Why did you kill Ziggy. Another nice breakfast. A plonker who resembled Basil Falty wished the Oxford boat team ' hope to see you again next year, oh and hope you have better luck next year', and put my key on the wrong hook. Got a Taxi to Earls court, tube to Euston, and train ride home ?

The breakfast was probably one of the best for choice and quality we have experienced. We were surprised that the bar didn't stay open after 11pm for guests.

I was woken by noise apparently from the kitchen below my room, early in the morning. I had to wait to check out as there was only 1 person on reception and they were on the phone for 10 mins. I did not find the reception staff very courteous. The light in the lobby outside of my room did not wk, making it difficult to operate the door key. etc, etc

    - Some rooms are very cramped and poorly equiped.
