+Location. -The room was even for a dwarf to small !! Sitting on a toilet while you can't close the door for example. The window in the rooms ventilates very well, even when it was closed. Not a problem in the summer, but in the winter while the bed is under it...

+nice bar, nice breakfast area and good continental breakast, very near tube station and shops. shampoo & body lotion supplied. -rooms like in a rabbit warren, i couldn't find my room. inadequate sign-posting to rooms and to reception. would have difficulty finding way out in a fire! tiny lifts. my first room had no water from shower, second room 18 was under kitchen i think as was woken about 6.30am by continuous to and fro walking sounds above.
