+the price of the room, the situation close to centre -I spoke several times to a member of the staff and he could not answer to any of the questions I asked about famous places in London. Didn't know anything about his own city and for a person who works in the field of tourism, I think it's unacceptable. I don't know if they are all like this, I hope they aren't.

+Great location close to tube station and busses as well as all amenities, very important with small children. Family room was large with good light. Could feel the rumble of the underground, however, it was not disturbing, more like the feel of a bear snorring:) Excellent English breakfast

The breakfast and breakfast staff were fantastic. The rooms were very quiet and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Value for money is good considering its location and the breakfast, however the level of service is lacking especially compared to other places we stayed at. I received a phone call and was never given the message, we had to climb 76 stairs to our room and no-one really knew who we were when we arrived.

+This is the sixth time I stayed here and will stay again. I find the hotel to be very good value for its location in Paddington, and service -Dont stay in Room 4 though as its got an annoying sealed up fire place jotting out right behind your bed. Very annoying when you try to sit up and watch tell and have a shelf nudging you in the back,E

We (2 adults + 2 children had two rooms), one of the rooms,15, was spacious and nice the other, 16, not). The day covers need washing. We were on the top floor and I would caution people that the stairs to get up there are very narrow and steep. The included breakfast was fabulous, food nice & hearty, and the breakfast staff fast and friendly. The location is great, a block from the tube (Paddington) and the bus from center of city stops right by the hotel.

We had the room in the basement so we could hear the tube and hear the dining room in the morning. Except that, our stay was good for the price: room clean, bathroom OK and the breakfast was good (no charges for a english breakfast as you can have in other hostel).
