+ The Belgrave was very comfortable ,friendly and very clean . This will be are regular base now when stopping in London . Only two minutes from the Oval underground and in the city in minutes . Excellent - Umgebung und Eingangsbereich gewöhnungsbedürftig

+ The staff were very freindly and happy to help when I asked questions about directions, shopping ect. to someone who had no idea about London! The room was very warm too, very nice on a cold November night!

+ closeness to the station and to concert venue that we were going to

+ flexibity - Breakfast was a bit too early, 8:00- 9:30. good for business folks, but not great when you've come back from a concert at 1:00 in the morning!

+ very helpful staff - Breakfast was not according to expectations. No sandwiches, only

+ Cleanliness and friendly staff - Noisy - it was underneath the Heathrow flight path

+ It was extremly convienent for the venue we were going to. The staff were very helpful wth directions and were always happy to help. - eine Bettdecke fürs Doppelbett,keine Klimatisierung

+ friendliness of hotel staff and manager and what a fantastic shower

+ Access to Tube station - Would have liked a cooked breakfast
