+ Nice area calm rooms. - Somehow rooms have a spartan feel to them given the price. Not particular ugly or uncomfortable but not particular nice either.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations considering the low cost. I was impressed by the quiet, pleasant location despite being very close to the hustle and bustle of Earl's Court.Parking at the rear of the hotel was a welcome added bonus. The room was clean and spacious. The inclusive English breakfast consisted of small servings which could leave some people wanting more,(extra toast was asked for and provided by the friendly staff), but i left the dining room feeling very satisfied. I will definately stay here again.

Everything was adequate for the cost. However I would comment that the staff serving breakfast whilst efficent and polite could have made the effort and not worn jeans and jumpers.
