The accommodation for my purpose was good and the location was excellent.

+ Nice area calm rooms. - Somehow rooms have a spartan feel to them given the price. Not particular ugly or uncomfortable but not particular nice either.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations considering the low cost. I was impressed by the quiet,pleasant location despite being very close to the hustle and bustle of Earl's Court.Parking at the rear of the hotel was a welcome added bonus. The room was clean and spacious. The inclusive English breakfast consisted of small servings which could leave some people wanting more,(extra toast was asked for and provided by the friendly staff), but i left the dining room feeling very satisfied. I will definately stay here again.

Though the room was small it was clean and all you need for a good night sleep after a long day of sight-seeing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel lies in a quiete side street though it is almost in the heart of London. The tube station is a

Roooms and hotel in general was extremely clean. A big change from my other experience in London. Also, very quiet. Staff was extremely polite and courteous and worked hard to keep the place clean. The breakfast was substantial and quite OK. Very expensiv

+ cheap and cheerful, quiet and easy to sleep - shabby room, old furniture, carpet tiles and wonky floors, quite old fashioned, but clean and warm and quiet

more importance on car parking in booking procedure at '8.00 would attract more custom. hotel staff was very good and helpfull, breakfast was very reasonable although only stayed 1 night would have been happy to have stayed more

Everything was adequate for the cost. However I would comment that the staff serving breakfast whilst efficent and polite could have made the effort and not worn jeans and jumpers.
