+ Friendliness and efficiency of staff, location, value for money. - A bit scrappy here and there, e.g. carpets, but hey who's bothered. It's like that at home sometimes!

+ Comfortable bed, very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in europe of same class. - A bit expensive for the type and quality of room - but that's London for you...

    - The heating (or lack of). It was very cold and during our 4 night stay, the heating was on very low on arrival and for the following 2 days was not on at all, even after I had mentioned it at Reception. Came on again on 4th day. Also, the lifts were out

+ Good & big choise breakfast. Clean & fully equiped bathroom. - Not really - maybe as the hotel is in older building: The wooden floor under carpet in my room was little bit noisy (creaky) but this was not problem for me ;) - maybe for the room bellow

+ It was very close to Earls Court tube station. - The building is verly old and full of a lot noises! The stairs and lifts were very difficult for me to find my room.
