Very clean and well-sized rooms. Laaaaaaaaaarge, comfortable double bed. Good situation, less than 10 walking minutes to Tottenham Court Road Station (underground) as well as to Oxford Street and Soho (shopping and theaters). Very friendly and helpful staff, always available for any kind of questions. Good breakfast, either English (the orders were often mixed up by the staff, though) or cereals, yoghurt and fruit (buffet). No eatable bread, just toast (but I heard this is normal in the UK). Rather small breakfast room. FREE safe and WLAN. Gay friendly. - Quite expensive at GBP 129.25 a night (taxes as well as breakfast, WLAN and safe included). - Sometimes a wee bit noisy despite the double-glazed windows. (- No elevator, for those who are depending on one.)

Overrated Good location for West End, British Museum. Small bedroom on 3rd floor. No lift, no hairdryer in room.

+ Hotel was also in excellent location, easy access from Tube and close to many major attractions. - The rooms are small and the whole place feels a bit run down. The carpets could really use a cleaning. The breakfast room is cramped and unpleasant. For N

Very nice, comfortable hotel with helpful staff We were very pleased with our room - even though the bathroom washbasin tap was loose - the only complaint we had. The room was clean and comfortable and the cooked to order full english breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again and the staff were very kind and helpful to us.
