+Flexible staff, we were able to change from a grand-lite room to a twin bed room. Adequate breakfast. -We'd love a couple of chairs...

+The helpful staff, the ease of everything

+Very courteous and helpful staff, who seemed to take pride in customer satisfaction. Good breakfast included. -En-suite facilities were rather basic, but reasonable for the prevailing price.

+I liked that it was next to a subway station. -they did not change towels two nights. And there was not a place to hold them if you would have like to used them another time. I did not like that they did not have blankets for a King size bed. The ones they use do not fit.

+Breakfast, friendliness & efficient staff

+Room´s decoration was beautiful and the location was nice. -Rooms were very cold. Better staff, specially in the breakfast room. We were there with 3 adults and a child and the service was very rude. They said to us that we have to wait in upstairs to get some breakfast and while we were waiting they took another people in, eventhough we were supposed to be the first ones in the queue. They made us sit in a table which was meant for two people and they didn´t serve us. Overall the service in the breakfast room was terrible. I just feel that if I pay more than £200 I´m entitled to have good service.
