We had booked the Athena and then upon arrival we were told, they did not have the requested accommodation and they shuffled us across the street to the Gower Hotel which is a dirty one star hotel at the most. I did not like this, but there was nothing I

This hotel was not up to any semblance of even a standard 2 star property. It was unclean, in bad need of renovations, and the breakfast was a joke. We asked for butter and were told they didn't have any. then after another couple complained, they fina

Very bad experience. I requested a room for 4 adults but got there and it was a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was filthy, dirty. Spots on the bedspreads and the bathroom was filthy with a filthy shower curtain that wa tied to the shower curtin hooks. The management there tried to get more money out of me when they realized I was not a happy customer. That in itself tells you the type of service they provide. Anyway, after going back and forth I was able to get 2 rooms at no additional cost but the whole experience made my trip to London, a unhappy experience. By the way, they suggested that I do not use the Venre service next time.

This hotel was not up to any semblance of even a standard 2 star property. It was unclean, in bad need of renovations, and the breakfast was a joke. We asked for butter and were told they didn't have any. then after another couple complained, they finally brought some over to us. The glasses, utensils etc, were spotted and unclean. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful though.

It was very nice , although it could have been better. The rooms were very small for tripple accomodation, The breakfast was cold practicall every day. There were not enough staff to serve on time for so many people.
