The rooms were nice and clean. a bit small, but that wasn't a major issue. The biggest problem was that there wasn't a heater in the bathroom and in Mid December it was freezing cold.

We arrived there at 12 but we knew we couldn't check in until 2. So we put our luggage in the luggage room which they give us the key. After that we paid and came back to check in. When we went to get our luggage, the luggage door was open - which i didnt feel was too secure. The room was EXCELLANT they are very modern, and spacious, the walls are a bit thin and could hear next door flushing loo etc! But the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was nice, they offered cereal, toast etc, only thing was that it was small and in the lobby where you check in, so anyone who was coming into the hotel had to walk past you eating. Overall the hotel was nice and kept clean - staff were nice, and in a great location, about 10 min walk from buckingham palace and victoria tube station just up the road. The staff were nice, and helpful. I will probably be staying there again if i goto london.

Our room was quite spacious but down in the basement and felt like a dungeon. There was no room at the breakfast area in the morning, so we had to go our for a walk before breakfast to wait for it to clear a bit.

+ Big screen TV - Bedsprings were sticking out of the bed in room 207. Moved to room 209 for second night but the bed linen was dirty/had not been changed from the previous occupants (there were actually pubic hairs in th sheets). We ended up sleeping on

The hotel was fine but we had the window open while we slept and in the morning the worst smell came into the room. We thought the hotel was on fire. Only it smelled worse. When we mentioned it to the clerk he just smiled and shrugged.
